After nearly a decade of designing repeat surface patterns for swimwear brands and curating home textiles, watercolor artist Adriane Hernandez made a graceful dive into the world of wedding stationery. Influenced by the coastal and timeless appeal of New England (think: lobsters, hydrangeas, boats, and golden retrievers), Hernandez founded The JAEA Co., a design studio that allows her to develop fully custom wedding invitation suites. Prices range from $1,000 to $2,500 for approximately 150 guests. Each suite – which includes invitations, RSVP cards, detail inserts, and save the dates – features colorful, bespoke watercolor artwork tailored to a couple’s unique celebration.
