This past spring, as salons were allowed to re-open, licensed cosmetologist Angela Prout realized she didn’t feel comfortable returning to the barber shop were she had worked prior to the Covid-19 outbreak. Figuring she wasn’t alone, she launched Coast to Coast Cuts, a mobile hairstyling company specializing in outdoor services. Prout has now branched out into weddings, too, offering everything from elegant updos to beachy waves and blowouts on site.
