Where Did You Get That?

On the hunt for signs of love.

On a trip to pick out rental items for their wedding, Alexis Ferraro and Thomas Callahan stumbled upon a sign they couldn’t ignore. It was big and wooden, with the shape of the Island incorporated.

“We loved the look of it and thought it could be a great addition to the beautiful tent on the lawn,” said Alexis, who married Thomas on September 21, 2019 at her family’s home in Vineyard Haven. Plus, “we figured it would be a great photo op for our wedding guests.”

The 3-by-10-foot display is adorned with twinkling lights and was designed and built by the Big Sky Tent and Party Rentals team. The company drew its inspiration from a similar sign that one of their clients crafted out of metal for their 2016 wedding. It rents for $500.
